TIPE INITIATIVE WITH PTA LOCAL

 

Hiring to schools - IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Dear Operator,

A major initiative is underway to help all schools with a PTA or Friends Association decide how to choose an appropriate bouncy castle operator.

From April 22^nd thousands of schools will be sent a 'buyer's guide' providing information on best practice, do's and don'ts and other relevant information on hiring bouncy castles.

Critical Timing & Customer Loyalty

Part of this initiative involves free access to a directory with thousands of operators throughout the UK - PTAs will simply enter their postcode to find local operators who supply schools.

Most importantly, PTAs can add the local operator to their 'suppliers list' and then send out recommendations to all other PTAs in their area. It is therefore critical that your company is part of the scheme from the onset.

Deadline Date – Friday 19^th April!

TIPE have negotiated special rates to allow all operators to become involved with the scheme. You have until 19^th April to either take up a FREE entry or a significantly reduced 2 year deal that includes marketing to parents as well – making this option a very attractive proposition.

Options for joining scheme:

Option 1

6 months FREE directory listing to PTAs, thereafter £95 ex VAT per year to market to PTAs and £95 ex VAT per year to market to parents and families (optional), total £190 ex VAT per year

N.B. After the Free directory listing ends, there is no obligation to continue and your entry will be withdrawn if you do not wish to subscribe.

Option 2

Register by 19^th April and get 2 years for price of one PLUS get a FREE enhanced account allowing you to promote special offers to the families (normally £95 ex VAT per year).

N.B. All operators taking Option 2 will be given the FREE enhanced account for life, saving £95 ex VAT per year.

Total cost for the 2 years = £95 ex VAT

After 19^th April both these offers will cease and all new operators joining the scheme will be charged £95 ex VAT per year to market to PTAs and the same to market to families.

N.B. TIPE Members will receive a further £25 discount off regsitration, vaild throughout the year.

About PTAlocal

PTAlocal is a national service set up in association with the National Confederation of Parent Teacher Associations (over 13,500 school members = the majority of schools with a PTA). All members are given a free online account to manage their PTA, find local suppliers of bouncy castles, popcorn machines, candy floss machines, stalls, rides and other fundraising equipment – then recommend them to all other PTAs.
