TIPE has issued their latest Information Sheet to subscribers folowing the successful prosecution of an operator by HSE for failing to inform a customer about using a unit in windy conditions and also failing to supply sufficient weights for a unit being used on a hard surface.
TIPE Information Sheet 36 reminds subscribers of the need to issue full operating instructions to customers, supply sufficient alternative anchor weights and to remind their own staff of operating procedures.
